Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StudyNest services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Educational Consultancy Services
StudyNest provides educational guidance, programme discovery, institution recommendations, admissions support, ZAQA guidance, visa support information and related consultancy services.
Independent Consultancy
StudyNest is an independent educational consultancy and is not owned, operated or controlled by any university, college, government ministry, embassy, regulatory authority or examination body unless explicitly stated.
No Admission Guarantee
StudyNest does not guarantee admission to any institution. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institution after reviewing applications, qualifications and supporting documentation.
No Visa or Permit Guarantee
StudyNest does not guarantee visa, study permit, residence permit or immigration approval. Such decisions remain solely with the relevant immigration authorities.
RecomX Recommendations
RecomX generates educational recommendations based on user inputs and available programme information. Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute admission offers, approvals or guarantees.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information, qualifications and documents submitted to StudyNest are accurate, complete and up to date. Submission of false or misleading information may affect service outcomes.
Service Fees
Where applicable, service fees will be communicated before services commence. Payment of fees does not guarantee admission, qualification recognition, visa approval or any specific outcome.
Limitation of Liability
StudyNest shall not be liable for decisions made by educational institutions, regulatory authorities, immigration authorities, scholarship providers or other third parties. Users remain responsible for their educational, financial and immigration decisions.
Changes to Terms
StudyNest reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
